At DSEI 2025, Quantum Dynamic announced a strategic partnership with Czech defence company STV Group to jointly market and locally manufacture Paramount’s combat-proven Mbombe 4 mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) vehicle for the Czech Republic and other international markets.
The Czech variant of the Mbombe 4, designated the M4 GOLEM, was unveiled earlier this year by STV Group at IDET 2025 in Brno, where it attracted strong interest. Since its debut, the vehicle has undergone extensive trials and evaluations in line with Czech Army requirements.
Under the new agreement, STV Group and Quantum Dynamic will collaborate to market the M4 GOLEM in the Czech Republic and establish a licensed production line enabling full domestic manufacture.
This initiative forms part of Quantum Dynamic’s portable production model, which brings advanced defence technologies to partner nations under licence. The approach ensures meaningful technology transfer, job creation, skills development, and the establishment of sustainable local industrial capacity.
Beyond industrial benefits, in-country production guarantees security of supply by ensuring Czech authorities retain full control of their defence systems. Domestic production provides assured access to vehicles, spare parts, and upgrade pathways, even during times of conflict—enhancing both operational resilience and national security independence.
